My husband Brian and I grew up in Minnesota where Brian’s family owned a restaurant. I started working there as a waitress and also helped cooking. I have always loved being in the kitchen, especially baking. We came to Arizona for a visit and ended up buying a restaurant in Phoenix. In 2016 we bought Two Seasons Café. The one thing we couldn’t find in Arizona was the old school diner with real homemade comfort foods. Most of my recipes come from family or from old cookbooks, specializing in Minnesota cooking. I love being on a first name basis with most of my customers and knowing all about their families. I want people to feel as if they are coming into my house when the come in the restaurant. I want the feeling of family and home to resonate.
